Our October, in pictures
I snapped some pics of my cute nekkie baby.
I just love how he sleeps sometimes
His smile just touches my heart
Garrett likes the plush rattle from Grandpa and Nana Holly
Sometimes Tata just drops by to get her "Garrett fix"
I think I am obsessed with taking close-ups
Frog leg boy in a froggie outfit with Ewok's toy froggie
My "GQ" photo shoot, I am so handsome!

Enough Mom!
Big brother Braeden reads to me, I just love it
Mommy won this sweater from another Mom on Baby-Gaga, I look GOOD.
I feel so safe in Daddy's arms

Braeden doing homework at his desk, alone, in his new room. Him being able to complete homework unsupervised is something I never thought he would be able to accomplish. I am so proud of him.
The wavy border between colors is intentional, it will be covered by license plates soon. We just need 15 more.
October was breast cancer awareness month. My good friend Jenni walked in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer here in Charlotte. We went to see her. I nursed in public, no shyness. After all, they were walking to save what I was using.

Finally getting Garrett some toys!
Money has been so tight here lately. Several weeks ago we had gone to Once Upon A Baby to see what was available. They resell used baby clothing and gear. We tried Garrett out in a Jumperoo and he loved it. It was filthy though and I thought they were charging way too much for something that would take me hours to get clean enough for him to use. I looked at new ones but I could not justify spending $70-80 on one. I began looking at Craigslist. No one would email me back about the Jumperoo ads on there. I finally found one with a phone number, YAY. They are selling me all this stuff for $75.
It is just so exciting. I know he will love the jumperoo and he will also have some toys to grow into. It was making me so sad that all the toys we had for Garrett was a playmat and a bouncer.

A fellow letterboxer has opened an Etsy store to sell his fantastic handcarved stamps. Although I carve too, I had an idea for a monogram stamp for the family that I might have him do, he does such great details with letters. Here is his site: http://www.etsy.com/shop/jackbear?order=custom
Maybe I will win the one he is giving away http://rochesternystreetteam.blogspot.com/2009/11/mother-of-all-giveaways-giveaway-3.html?showComment=1257648279862#c4326262172398525190
